Personality: Kybr is a person that would rather have a good fair fight then someone who would cheat to win. He really is cold hearted person but can be civlized when he needs to be but wouldn't think twice about killing someone. He is a very sarcastic person when he's having a good time in a fight.

DBZ Skills: Ki and Fighting

History: Kybr was born into a roayle family on the planet Gen. He was exspected to do great things and because he was was part of a roayle family he was tought powers that no one else ever had besides anyone in the roayle family. He was tough and Kybr practiced until the age of 12. Kybr had been cut off from the rest of the people in the world and was supposted to be untill 21 but Kybr snuck out and learned that no one else had his power. This made Kybr think that he was better then anyone else and as he grew with age this wraped arouned his mind more and more. When Kybr reached the age of 40 he was then granted the the Royale armor and weapon and then granted the ability of ageless (The Ageless abiliy is that you look like your 26). Though as time went on he became more and more evil and thought of himself higher then anyone. Kybr had then went to challenge his father for leader ship over the world which his father had been excpecting it for a long time. His father and Kybr had a long fight but Kybr was younger and had a lot more energy then his father and thus wore his father out. As Kybr struck his father in his heart with Kybr's fathers last dieing energy he sucked the power out of Kybr thus bring him down to a low level. Kybr was still able to take the power of Kybr's father but Kybr was sealed away from his true power until something trigered it. Kybr has thus put the World of Gen into bad shape with more work and less pay for everyone but Kybr has always been looking the way to higher his power so he dose leave his planet from time to time and no mater how hard he trains he still can't get it higher then 500.
